Installation and operation of the registration office at a fixed price

We assume the obligations of companies and authorities to set up and operate an internal reporting office at a fixed monthly price of EUR 125 to EUR 249 plus VAT (depending on the number of employees in the company) .

The legal hotline service includes:

✓ Consistent availability of a legally compliant reporting channel

✓ Creation of a whistleblower policy and the accompanying data protection documents

✓ Provision of employee information

✓ Legal review of detailed information with recommendations for action

✓ Assumption of mandatory communication with the whistleblower

The fixed price includes the legally compliant implementation of the procedure for internal reports in accordance with Section 17 (1) No. 1-5 HinSchG and the determination/recommendation of the necessary follow-up measures for one report per six-month period. Experience has shown that a higher volume of reports is not to be expected.

Every report received by your reporting office is individually reviewed, evaluated and processed by a lawyer. We guarantee that it will be handled exclusively by a specialized lawyer.
