Focus on AI compliance: ROSTALSKI and Bitkom Akademie collaborate on AI skills training courses

5.6.2025

In cooperation with the Bitkom Academy, ROSTALSKI offers practical AI skills training courses in accordance with Article 4 of the AI Regulation. The high-quality courses are digital, context-related and designed for specific target groups. This enables companies and public authorities to fulfill their obligation to develop and maintain AI skills in a legally compliant manner and with benefits for their employees.

ROSTALSKI is expanding its commitment in the area of AI compliance and has launched a cooperation with the Bitkom Academy. Together, we have developed practical training formats that support companies and authorities in meeting the key requirements of the AI Act - in particular the obligation under Article 4 of the AI Regulation.

Article 4 of the AI Regulation: AI competence is the central duty of AI compliance

The EU Regulation on Artificial Intelligence (AI Regulation) obliges all stakeholders who develop or use AI systems to ensure that the necessary skills are in place for the safe and lawful use of AI. This obligation under Article 4 of the AI Regulation is currently the central requirement in the context of AI compliance and forms the basis for the responsible use of AI systems.

Legally compliant training: Digital, context-related and target group-specific

The training courses, which were developed in collaboration with the Bitkom Academy, are characterized by their high quality. They combine the advantages of digital learning formats - such as flexibility and effortless accessibility - with a contextualized and target group-specific approach. This means that the content is individually tailored to the needs and challenges of the respective participant groups. Whether managers, compliance officers or IT experts - each target group receives practical knowledge that is directly tailored to their specific requirements.

Focus of the training courses:

  • Legal basis of the AI Act: Implementation of the obligations under Article 4 of the AI Regulation
  • AI risk management: strategies for identifying and minimizing risks
  • Data protection and compliance: secure handling of sensitive data in AI systems
  • Practical application examples: Application of AI in various industries and scenarios
